In the summer of 2015, a former group called Bits&Geeks was founded in Peru by three college friends in their senior year with the unique goal of delivering tailored software to US & Canadian companies. That group was formed by Jose Arenas, Kevin Campo, and Manuel Escobedo.

In the middle of the same year, Manuel had already resigned from the team and the remaining two decided to open an office for the first time. They wanted to be able to hire more team members as the workload was increasing by the day.

At the end of 2016, Jose decided to leave the company so the remaining member, Kevin, was left alone. Before Jose’s resignation, the company had been operated in the following way: Jose was the CTO and Kevin the CEO. So a question arose, who would be in charge of the tech team from now on? Kevin offered a simple solution that changed the company forever.

In the summer of 2017, Fulltimeforce was born with the sole purpose of helping US & Canadian companies to have a branch office in Peru. We get their resources locally, hire them, add them to our team, give them a physical office and they worked remotely from there. We have had 5 different offices by the end of 2020.

After COVID-19 pandemic hit the world, we decided to close all our offices and become a remote-first company which gave us huge advantages like being able to widen our pool of talent to all LATAM, avoid commuting and get better deals.
